Single story recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home however nursery will be closed off (2 bedrooms usable)

decent size backyard.

great locations 600m to beach, 700m to lake, close to shopping, cafes, walking and bike trails, national and state parks and so much more.

approx 5 steps up into our house and 2 steps into backyard. Driveway for parking and also street parking out front available.

A few house plants that may require a water however being winter they are usually good. Possible quick rake of driveway if lots of leaves fall to prevent blocking the drains.

1 dog to look after, requires daily walks or at least a good game of catch in the backyard. Is both an inside and outside dog. Requires feeding 2 x day. Good with other dogs. Not allowed into our bedrooms. Not street smart (will run onto road if not on a leash). High energy during the day but also loves his naps.

possible caravan space in driveway otherwise a lot of people have them on the street here.
