Single story recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home however nursery will be closed off.

great locations 600m to beach, 700m to lake, close to shopping, cafes, walking and bike trails, national and state parks and so much more.

approx 5 steps up into our house and 2 steps into backyard. Driveway for parking and also street parking out front available.

Potential water of garden and grass dependent on weather. Possible quick rake of driveway if lots of leaves fall to prevent blocking the drains.

2 dogs to look after, requires daily walks or at least a good game of catch in the backyard. They are both an inside and outside dog. Requires feeding 1 x day. Not street smart (will run onto road if not on a leash). High energy during the day but also loves naps. One dog requires sunscreen to be applied to his nose every few days

possible caravan space in driveway otherwise a lot of people have them on the street here.
