This home is a lovely 4 bed 2 bathroom home with a big front and back yard. House is situated directly opposite a big green park and is one block away from some beautiful lakes which have walking paths all the way around. We are a 10 min drive from beautiful Mooloolaba beach and Sippy Downs is a coastal suburb that has plenty of shops, cafes and amenities. We are an easy 45 mins from glorious Noosa. We need to have in-home care for our 2 very friendly, 8 year old Border Collie fur babies. They will need to be walked for at least 30 mins in the morning and then some play in the park opposite the house in the afternoon. And some company in the lounge room in the evening. They are fed in the morning after their walk and then again around 5pm. We also have a cat who will need to be fed morning and night. You will have the use of my bedroom and ensuite and I will leave space in the wardrobe for your clothes. There is one quiet tenant living in the house too but they live in their own space with a kitchenette and bathroom, garage as lounge area etc…. You probably will not even see her as she does not use the main part of the house which you will be using and there are dividers up to seperate the space as well. Read more...
