House sitter wanted in Skye, VIC – caring for Zari 🐾

About the home
I’m looking for a reliable and caring house sitter to look after my townhouse in Skye, VIC while I’m away travelling from 22 March to 29 April.
The home is a small, comfortable two-storey townhouse in a quiet, gated estate, located in Skye, on the edge of the Mornington Peninsula. It’s well positioned for anyone who enjoys a calm residential area while still being close to local shops, amenities, and Peninsula attractions.
The townhouse has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a separate toilet, and is very easy to maintain. There is air conditioning in the lounge and the master bedroom, making it comfortable year-round.
There is secure onsite parking for one car only, located in a locked carport within the gated estate. The property has no grass and no garden, so there is no gardening required at all.

About Zari
Zari is my much-loved 9 year old Harrier and the most important part of this sit. She’s a friendly, gentle girl with a calm and affectionate nature. She enjoys daily walks, relaxed company, and spending time with her person. Zari is well-behaved, easy to care for, and happiest with someone who enjoys having a dog around and can give her a bit of attention and routine.
She’s comfortable being left alone for short periods (working hours etc), enjoys a predictable schedule, and loves a cosy spot to rest and a good pat.

What I’m looking for
I’m hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys dogs and is happy to keep the house tidy, secure, and lived in while I’m away.
No major household tasks are required beyond normal care of the home and looking after Zari.
I’ll be contactable while travelling and am happy to answer any questions to help make the sit comfortable and stress-free.
