About this house sitting position in South Arm

Charming farmhouse situated on a peaceful 5 acres in the sleepy, beachside village of South Arm. Our home is very close to several surf and river beaches with lovely mountain and rural views. It is a very warm and cosy home with a heat pump and a wood heater. Modern kitchen and bathroom and accommodation.

Perfect spot for beach combing, fishing, boating, golf, walking trails, birdwatching and relaxing. We saw a seal and dolphins at the beach just last week!

Only minutes drive or 15 minute walk to the local store, cafe, pharmacy, hairdresser, RSL and community club restaurant and gym. 30 minutes to the city of Hobart and 15 minutes to the nearest grocer/supermarket (Hill Street Lauderdale).

Lots of lovely sightseeing opportunities in Hobart, our place is the perfect base for many day trips in Southern Tassie.

We require a friendly, animal loving soul to care for our dogs, farm cat and chickens.
The dogs are mainly inside and love cuddles and company.
If you’re lucky, you might spot the Southern Aurora Lights out the front door!
References and a police check is a must please.
