Hi welcome to our page,

We have a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor in a completely secure building in South Melbourne.
We have a small balcony with beautiful views of the city and a BBQ you can enjoy the summer holidays with. The main area is large and full of light. It's a lovely, CLEAN apartment with everything you need.

The tram is about a 6 minute walk, train is about 10 minutes away, two blocks from Clarendon Street and the South Melbourne market, it's almost opposite Albert Park Lake. MSAC for swimmers is across the road and the beach is about a 20 minute walk or 5 min drive.

EVERYTHING like supermarkets, restaurants, library, train, tram, bus, parks, the tan....is all 10-minute walk away MAX. We also have bikes available if you would like to go for a ride.

We have an old dog, Milly who is a Schnoodle. She is great with some people but not always ok with other dogs/some people unless she knows them as she has dementia. This is easy as we just walk with her and don't go to dog parks anymore.

She is easy to feed (all food ready to go) twice a day and requires minimal walking but is thrilled to go with you on long walks. We take her for about an hour a day, if it's raining or you can't get out one day for that long she is ok to just head around the block to use the toilet.

She needs to go out for the toilet around 7.30am and before bed each night, she will let you know. The main requirement is that she does need to be taken out for a wee throughout the day. We try not to leave her for long periods of time. So if you are away all day every day this won't be the right house sit for you.

We know this is over xmas/NY and people will be exploring the city or seeing family etc but it's important she isn't left for more than 5 hours continuously or she will wet herself and is prone to UTI. However some days we are both at work and she is home from 9-5 but again this is the exception to the rule with her. Our next door neighbour is also a great friend and has a dog Bella so we often help each other out with play dates and toilet breaks if you're out for the day.

This sit would be ideal for any couple or single who is a genuine animal lover and has patience with an older dog. She is loving and gives great hugs and you will be spoilt with the location and the beautiful home we have created. Look forward to meeting you. Read more...
