About this house sitting position in South Plympton

House sitters.
New, beautiful modern town house. 5 mins walk to tram taking you to Glenelg beach in 10 minutes or to the city in 15 minutes. Cosmo living, close to all amenities.
Own guest room and bathroom on 1st floor, along with living area and terrace. Garage space under main roof.
One 15 month old toy poodle to care for and approx 10 plants to water. No garden. Bella, the toy poodle is toilet trained to artificial grass pads.
Requirements: general housework and in particular, care of dog. Bella has a walk a day up to an hour and when possible an hours play at the local dog park, where she has lots of friends, human and dogs. Dog park is approx 6 min drive. Will need to take her once to groomer which is a 45 minute drive. Prefer retired couple who have the time Bella requires. Some flexibility in travel times.
