About this house sitting position in South Yarra

It is a two-bedroom ground floor unit with a spacious kitchen, living area and courtyard. Fully set up to work from home with two work stations and one sit/stand desk, aircon, Internet, coffee machine, all cooking appliances needed. The location is great, accessible by tram, <10min walk from Hawksburn station and a few minutes walk from Toorak Village.
Responsibilities:
- Preference for applicants in Melbourne as an in-person meet/walk is important
- The main responsibility would be looking after Truffle, he gets walked twice a day for 20/30min each time, additional outings just to pee (before bed or before leaving him for a long period) feeding him (once at night) and just hanging out. He is a bit reactive with other dogs, so you wouldn't take him to off lead parks, and would like someone confident on the lead (as he is 30kg) and someone that will follow instructions on how to manage him with other dogs. This is really important as he's had sitters before and in more than one occasion his training deteriorates while we are away. Please include acknowledgement of this in your message. He responds well to treats if you try to redirect his attention. He's okay at cafes and all previous sitters have loved him. At home he's a couch potato that loves cuddles. Ideally he should not be left alone longer than 6hrs hours by exception as it is an apartment and he has no access to go outside to pee.
