Substantial single story house in a gated security estate centrally located. Beautiful water & surfers skyline views & pool.
I have an 12th mnth old cavoodle & so a pet lover who can also maintain my home.
Lottie is use to being left alone but my preference is for someone/couple who are retired or work from home.
