The Building is a 9 Storey Smallish Highrise with 51 Apartments and I need our Apartment of 3 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, BBQ Area on the 9 Floor & Miniature Poodle Dog Pepper sat from the the dates below, [ we are going to Melbourne from the 18th til the 21st of October then returning for 2 days then leaving for Dubai from the 23rd of October i hope thats not a problem], This is a great place to live with Restaurants, Bar, Bottle shop, Woolworths, Medical. Chemist and Light Rail Station, Park, Nerang River, Broadwater Parklands within 3-4 minute walk, Surfers Paradise is 3.3 Klms and Broadbeach is 5.5 Klms by Car or Light Rail
