About this house sitting position in SOUTHPORT

We are looking for an experienced, reliable house sitter, (a single person or a couple) to look after our aged beagle, who needs to stay at home while we are on holiday. The 3-bed house is located in a gated development, and our garden is easy to care for (ten or so pots, and front and back patios that need a sweep and a hose as needed). We are 2 mins walk to small local shops and restaurants, and walking distance to Surfers (30 mins). We are next to the golf club, 10 mins drive from Surfers, HOTA and the beach, 15 mins by car to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair and 20 minutes to Burleigh Village. There is ample parking, and a bus stop just outside the main gate.
Our lovely old dog has poor mobility and simply needs regular feeding, plus 2/3 regular but short toileting walks/day to avoid accidents. She is a floppy, friendly soul, who loves company. She is happy to be left alone during the day but is not used to being alone for long periods of time (over 4 hours). We have two private garden sitting/eating areas and a large, shared pool and landscaped gardens, with an onsite caretaker.
