Small,4 bedrooms, bed 1 comes with ensuite. Parking would be on driveway, as our car will be in garage. Laundry is in the garage, separate bathroom with shower, separate toilet, outside sitting area on covered deck, airconditioning in open plan living area.
5 minute drive to local Woolies. 20 metres to large park and lake with cement paths for walking the dog. Cul de sac, very safe and quiet neighbourhood, great neighbours, lots of options for walking, cycling
