22yr old easy care 3 bedroom home on 1/4acre block. On edge of town backing onto National Park. Extensive garden with watering system. No lawns to mow. Gardener takes care of upkeep fortnightly.
Dog, cat, chooks and duck to be fed and watered.
Split level house with two internal steps. Outside steps have handrails.
Limited caravan space.
