I have a beautiful modern townhouse in Springfield Lakes, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional downstairs toilet. My unit qualifies access to a pool on a different level of the complex.

I live opposite a gorgeous lake with the best cafe called “Moselles” which does the best smashed avo and coffee. I’m walking distance to IGA grocery, Indian, Butcher, Bakery, Subway, Spring Lake Hotel (fantastic menu), bottle shop, Thai Boupha (fantastic Thai), sushi, Night Owl, Fish and Chips, and many others.
There is a bus stop at front of complex, or approximately 1km walk to train station with 50c fares to the city.
Orion Shopping Centre (like a Westfield) is a 10 min walk, or 2 min drive.
I have a domestic cat, a ginger male with lots of personality. He eats as he pleases, occasionally goes outside on the patio and suns himself and tries to pretend he is a wild animal catching lizards.
