About this house sitting position in St George

Large 4 bedroom bick house. The house is on the ground, with an undercover area overlooking the Balonne River. A great place to bird watch and enjoy the bush.
The home is airconditioned, and has most modern amenities . We are situated 4 kms out of the local town which is St George.
St George is a small country town, with all amenties, (no big food chains eg Coles, Woolies) 2 grocery stores, Pubs, cafes, hospital, chemist plus other stores.
The lawn and most of the garden has an automatic watering system, however there are some pots to water. The lawn will need mowing, with a ride on mower.
We have some feral goats which also like my garden, these need to be moved on.
If staying or using the household facilities, general cleaning inside the house would be expected.
We have poodle Monty, who is 14 years old. He is going blind and deaf, sleeps a lot and needs to go outside during the night. He probably will not get along with other dogs, as he like to be king of his territory.
We had house sitters arranged, however because of a medical issue they have had to pull out.
Happy for sitter to stay in the house, or bring a caravan.
I have listed extra dates each side of when we leave and come back so that we can show you around and have a debrief.
