About this house sitting position in St Helens Park

Single Storey Home. Open living plan. 3 Bedroom, one bedroom is used as a storage room and will be locked, one bedroom is the Master Bedroom and will be locked, one bedroom is the guest bedroom with a queen size bed (this will be the house sitter's bedroom). The bathroom is next to this bedroom with the toilet opposite the bathroom. The kitchen is part of the open living area and an extra room is used as the Media/TV room. The kitchen, open living area and TV room are for the sitters use. The garage will have my car parked in it, but the driveway is big enough to park a car on.
I have a dog, her name is Koda, she is a bull terrier cross. She is the main reason I need a sitter. She is 3yrs old (DOB- 23-02-2023), she has some anxiety problems and separation issues, she will be standoffish when she meets you until you sit down and she gets to know you and she will be all over you. She is an inside dog, unless you leave the house then you will put her out. she does have some separation issues. She takes two anxiety tablets every morning and these must be given. She sleeps on the bed with you or in the TV room, she does not get on with other animals. My mother lives next door (she is 91 years old) and there is a gap in the fence that allows access to both houses. Koda is free to go over to Mum's. Mum also uses my bins for her rubbish and recycling.
Some of the requirements will be to look after Koda, say "hi" to my mother, keep the house clean, pick up the dog poo (from my backyard and Mum's as Koda likes to share, put the bins out as required, water the garden etc.
I am happy for the house sitter to come a few days earlier to get to know Koda and the routines of the house. Read more...
