About this house sitting position in St Ives

Looking to build a long term and ongoing relationship with a Housesitter who is ideally Sydney based, retired or works from home, and happy to take on weekend work (plus at least one longer stay most years).

We have a small dog (Snoodle) called Smudge who is nine years old. We have an ensuite guest bedroom on the lower (living) level of our home. Smudge benefits from company as it’s what he is used to as my husband and I both work from home. Smudge needs to be taken on a daily walk (45mins to an hour).

If we go away for an extended period of time, we would ideally like our enclosed and pretty garden to continue to tick over (e.g, blow leaves, mow lawn, water, potter).

Please note:
* We are very house proud and keep our home very neat & tidy so, if this is not how you like to live, my guess is that we will not be a good match.
* Our property is unable to accommodate a caravan or camper van.
* As we do not smoke, we would like non smokers only to respond
* Our preference is for Housesitter not to have their own animals
