About this house sitting position in St Kilda East

We have a lovely older 3-bedroom character home in a leafy inner-city Melbourne neighbourhood, close to the city, railway station, parks, cafes and a short bike ride to the beach. The house has lots of character, a large native front garden and a spacious backyard with a veggie patch.

We have three very friendly and easygoing pets — two cats and a Border Collie. They all love people, cuddles and attention and are generally very relaxed. Our dog enjoys daily walks, while the cats are happy doing their own thing.

We’re looking for one calm, caring and responsible person to enjoy our home and look after our pets for approximately 5 weeks while we’re away. We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys a peaceful home environment and will treat our house and pets as their own.

The main requirements are caring for the pets, watering the garden/veggie patch as needed, and giving the animals plenty of love and company.

You’re very welcome to enjoy the veggie garden and eat anything that’s ready to pick!
