About this house sitting position in St Kilda

St Kilda is the famous beachside suburb of inner Melbourne, with our house being close walking distance to the beach. The property is a two bedroom 1900's Victorian dwelling, which has been fully renovated to modern standards and has a north facing outdoor courtyard directly off the open plan kitchen / living space with outdoor couch.
There is a tram stop across the road, train station close by.
There are limited house minding requirements needed, other than watering plants and putting bins out once a week.
We are primarily seeking a house sitter to take care of our two indoor house cats. This includes: feeding and cleaning the indoor litter tray a couple of time a days, and changing over litter once a week. Basic stuff really!
So cat friendly house sitters are a must!
