Neat and cosy first floor Art Deco apartment in a quiet, secure complex of 8. Very close walk to the main streets of St Kilda (Fitzroy St & Acland St), Albert Park lake and the bay. On street parking plus excellent public transport availability with multiple trams stops nearby, all taking you straight into city. My very friendly 10 yr old French bulldog likes cuddles, chill walks and just being around people so must stay with a genuine dog lover. Looking for one honest, mature, reliable person to take care of him, water couple pot plants and keep the home clean.
