About this house sitting position in Stafford

Hi we have a 3 bedroom house in Stafford Qld currently been renovated an 10ks from the city centre . We have a spare room with a Queen Bed with a TV (netflix, Disney, Stan) Gas cooking, gas hot water, solar, wifi, BBQ, new kitchen new downstairs shower /laundry washing machine and dryer an rumpus . Have just started looking for a house sitter/sitters as we are going to Sydney to visit family. We have a 6 month old dog bull mastiff cross and a 5 year old cat that will require feeding an a walk for the dog once a day an they both sleep inside at night at the moment .
Kedron Brook River walks near also a dog park.
Stafford Shopping centre, Movies, Bunnings, Service station, Restaurants are within walking distance as well. The property will be fully fenced by the time you stay. I also ticked the maybe for sitters pet as the puppy is quite a rough player no aggression he's learning an I'm not sure how your animal will react to him.
