4br 2 bathroom (1 bedroom set up as sitting room/office , 1 as a dressing/sitting room with a premium koala sofa bed and 1 used for storage). Newly renovated turn of the century freestanding home. 20 minutes walk to University of Sydney and 10 minutes to the restaurants of Newtown and Enmore. 5km from Central station and 10 min on train. Small newly professionally landscaped yard. Ample on-street parking. Garage may be available if required.

1 cute dog who will be 4 years old at the time. He's a strong and energetic Jack Russell x Staffy. Loves to play and cuddle. Very well housetrained and very easy to manage at home using food treats (we'll supply plenty!). Good with kids but not suitable for infants, as he's quite raucous when he plays. He needs a daily walk to the dog park, which is just 2 blocks away. He loves to play with other dogs, but has to be closely watched as he resource guards and can be anxious while on the lead and lead reactive when walking on the street (generally we avoid other dogs until he's in the park and off leash).
