3 bedroom with study and games room brick home with ducted air-conditioning. In a quiet safe area aprx 12 km from Port Augusta. Near Quorn and Flinders Ranges. Small garden which has auto watering. Pot plants to be watered. 2 dogs one kelpie x border collie 6yo one kelpie 3yo with lots of energy both are friendly dogs that need walking and love to play ball. Large backyard will accommodate caravN motorhome or bus. Power and water access. Access and use of house. Spare bedroom with queen bed can be accessed if required.
