About this house sitting position in Strathpine

Hello,
Our family home has a spare bedroom with a queen bed and desk that we would like to make available for a single person or couple who would like a place to stay over the Christmas period.

I’ve used the photos from realestate to list as I’m struggling with a baby, a toddler and being pregnant to get the house spotless for photographs and I realise now we’re running out of time. I’d like to assure you though, I’m going to get the place show home ready for our house sitter to feel at home.

There is an open plan kitchen/living area and a lovely garden with deck area, based on a quiet street.

We are planning on being in Sydney with friends so we can be flexible with dates to an extent if our selected dates are not quite right for you. The initial plan is to leave the evening of Monday 22nd December, driving through the night, returning the morning of Sunday 28th December, after driving through the night to return.

We have two very low maintenance cats that require feeding once a day but mainly they like company on an evening which is why we are exploring a house sitter rather than someone just coming in to feed them.

The cats do go outside but they don’t go out of the garden and we don’t have a cat flap, so ideally they like to be let in/out to go to the bathroom once or twice a day. Read more...
