About this house sitting position in SUBIACO

We have a 3 bedroom secure apartment on the first floor, with a lift, in a location close to all major amenities. Our home has an open plan living area leading out onto a wrap-around balcony. There is only one other occupant in our complex in a separate unit on the second floor. The home-sitter will have access to all areas of the apartment except the main bedroom and ensuite.
A housekeeper attends each Wednesday for general cleaning. If the home-sitter would like this to continue it can be arranged.
We have a 12-year old male, red healer x dog, called Wookie who is fed twice a day. Due to his age he now suffers from anxiety and requires daily medication. He is not always friendly towards other dogs and needs to be kept at a distance when walking. He requires a walk each morning for about 40-45 minutes. He also enjoys an afternoon walk around the park but this can be a shorter duration. Due to apartment living he needs to be taken down to the ground level into a closed area for his toiletry requirements after eating and potentially a couple of other times during the day. Wookie tends to sleep most of the day on his own bedding but at times likes to be around where we are if we are not in the living area.
We would also like the home-sitter to water the indoor plants and pot plants around the balcony as required. Read more...
