About this house sitting position in SUBIACO

We have a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor in a newish apartment block. Sitter would have own bedroom, own bathroom. The lounge/dining/kitchen is one open area. Our bedroom and bathroom are not to be used.
We have adopted a 11yr rescue dog Chico. He is perfect within the house and walks well on the lead. He is the most chilled dog and has settled in well. He is a pug/labrador so we call him a Pugador.
We would prefer to meet our sitters in person prior to our departure. We also require someone who is not a full time worker and is home much of the day. We are both retired so Chico is used to company. He requires a walk morning and night, plus a short one at lunch time, we only have a balcony. He also goes for a walk around the building about 9pm before bed. He is fed twice a day.
The internet is good if you work from home.
The centre of Subiaco with all the restuarants, shops and bars is within walking distance.
There are some internal pot plants and others on the balcony which may need watering.
