About this house sitting position in Success

Hello House Sitters,

We are Vanessa, Seb and Bee – and we’re looking for an experienced dog/house sitter from mid-July to mid-August (exact dates tentative) while we're on holidays.

The House: In Success (6164), south of the river, we have our own home which is an easy-care 3 x 2 with an enclosed back yard. You will have your own room and bathroom and access to all the house amenities. Street parking is available at the front of the house, in a safe and quiet area. Since it’s winter, the garden should look after itself, with some watering if no rain.

The Dog: Her name is Bee and she is an 8-year-old greyhound cross (23kgs). She feels most comfortable at home, and is an inside dog, which is the reason for seeking a house sitter. She is quite lazy and will sleep in with you, especially in winter. However at 5pm each day she craves a good 30 minute walk. Bee is comfortable being alone inside at home during the day if you need to go out and work, and has a dog door, she just needs that company in the afternoon and night. I have parents close by to drop her to, in case of any emergencies on your end.

There is a bus route nearby with Aubin Grove train station a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Cockburn Gateways is a 5 minute drive. The local IGA is close by.

We’d be keen to see any references from your past house-sits and a pre-meet beforehand. Non-smokers. Must be confident dog walkers. We're happy to share any more information and photos needed.
