About this house sitting position in Suffolk Park

We live on 2 acres in Suffolk Park in a well set up glamping tent. We have two houses on the property which we let...they are currently tenanted. Our property backs onto Crystalbrook Resort...just walk out the back, along a path to beautiful Tallows Beach. We have no domestic pets, but require people willing to mow, keep the garden in check, be there should problems arise with permanent tenants, collect the mail and attend to emergency maintenance issues should they arise. Would prefer responsible retired couple or someone who is handy with house and garden care.
