Single story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Sunbury with heating and cooling - 15 mins from airport. Lovely deck with outdoor seating and bbq. Care needed for one easygoing cat who can be inside or outside during the day (needs to be locked in at night). Four bantam chickens in outside chicken run that can free range during the day but just need to be locked in at dusk. Can happily stay in chicken run - no early wakeups required! Just need water replenished and some greens every day or so, as well as being locked in at night if let to free range during the day. Plenty of lovely walking trails as well as a golf course nearby. Shops around the corner include milkbar, fish n chips, wood-fire pizza, bottle shop.
