About this house sitting position in Sutherland

Leave in a ground floor unit 2 bedroom unit in a secured block of 4 its in a quiet area. Have a cat named Tortie which I rescued .Tortiehas most of her teeth removed 6months and likes soft food now . She is still very timerd and sometimes likes a pat from strangers and likes to sleep on the lounge or on the dinning table chair. On a sunny day Tortie likes to sit outside on the balcony and she has a cat door. Tortie needs feeding x2 daily and her litter tray to be cleaned every 2nd day.
Then I have Rommie and hand raised cockatiels we like to sit on shoulders and on the lounge can be a bit shy at first and my cage is never closed . I like to be covered up at night about 6pm and uncovered about 7am or 8am. I get new seed every 3days and fresh water,I can can noisey at times. Looking for a single person only as has unit is to small for a family.
