About this house sitting position in Sutherland

I live in a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment it very quiet area. Looking for a single person to look after my pets . Rommie is my 18yrs young hand raised cockatiel he is very social loves sitting on the lounge getting tickles and walking around on the lounge i don't get lock in my cage i free range, I love company and a little noisy at time as I sing and play in my box. I require my seed, water changed ever few days and bottom of the cage cleaned and covered over during the night .
Tortie is a rescue cat very shy likes a pat likes to sit on the lounge with the bird and sits on the balcony in the sun. I require feeding x2 daily and my litter tray changed every couple of days.
