Single sitter preference
Non smoker (I am a non smoker)
2 bedroom single story home in sought after Swansea, lake views overlooking Lake Macquarie, close to Caves Beach, Catherine Hill Bay, Blacksmiths Beach on the coast, and many lake beaches at Pelican, Naru and Swansea Caravan Park.
High Street 1km away of supermarkets, petrol station, pharmacies, cafes, clothing stores, drs and vets.
Quiet area, low traffic as off main road, silent overnight.
North facing so gets lots of winter sun.
Off road parking in covered carport area

Away for 4 weeks to visit family in the UK

Preference for one single person as only main bedroom will be available
2 black cats to be cared for, Elvis & Ralph. 2.5yrs old, brothers, who we have had since kittens.
They are indoor cats and I just take them out with me sometimes for an explore close by in the garden, otherwise they sit in the windows or at the front door.
Cat litter to be checked and emptied daily, may only need one full change of litter in the 4wks
Automatic water fountain that is changed and filled once a week.
Automatic feeder that will just need topping up when needed roughly every 2 weeks

Houseplants and a few outdoor plants to be watered weekly
