About this house sitting position in Table Top (near Albury)

We are looking for a house sitter who is reliable, communicative and loves animals. We have 2 horses and 2 cockatiels. We have a beautiful single level home on 20 acres. The home is comfortable, light filled and modern and has beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. We are about 15 minutes drive from Albury which is a beautiful regional town with modern shops, lovely restaurants and parks. The property is peaceful and relaxing and is surrounded by other small farms. We may need the grass mowed around the house but not essential. We have a ride on mower. There may be some watering of the plants around the house and the trees which are set up with an irrigation system so just a matter of turning on/off taps. We have 2 cockatiels in the house who are very chatty and engaging and will need water and feed changed and chatting too. We have a horse and a mini-pony. We would prefer someone with horse experience. They require daily feeding, rug changing, watering and paddock cleaning. A lovely relaxing place to live with animals and nature with stunning local scenery and wineries.
