About this house sitting position in Table Top (near Albury)

We are looking for a mature, experienced house sitter who is reliable, communicative and loves animals. We have 2 horses and 2 cockatiels. Ideally the person should be experienced with horses and birds. For the horses the sitter should be comfortable with am/pm feed/hay/rugging and be able to recognise lameness and signs of illness. For this sit, we do have someone coming in daily am and pm to feed, however it would be helpful to have a sitter who has horse experience.
We also have 2 cockatiels, who love company and being involved with daily chats and interaction. They will need daily feed/water changes.
We would prefer someone with a motor home, where the home can be parked onsite. In this situation we would consider a small dog. The home is also available as an option but in this situation we would not consider pets. We have a beautiful new single level home on 20 acres. The home is comfortable, light filled and modern and has stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
We are about 15 minutes drive from Albury which is a beautiful regional town with modern shops, lovely restaurants and parks. The property is peaceful and relaxing and is surrounded by other small farms.
There may be some watering of the plants around the house and also depending on the weather, we may need the trees around the property watered once or twice during this time period. This is very easy as the trees are set up with an irrigation system so it is just a matter of turning on/off taps.
This is a lovely relaxing place to stay if you love animals and nature. Surrounded by stunning local scenery and wineries that are close-by.
