The house is on an acerage backing onto a fresh water creek, lots of bush and resort feel including a pool & spa. Quiet neighbourhood with big open plan modern house. Low maintenance.
Wifi.
Tallebudgera valley, only 10 minutes to the shop& the beach whilst still being rural. Perfect spot for a summer getaway.

Animals-
1 well-behaved, sweet dog (4.5yrs old). Inside dog. Hes very obedient, hardly ever barks, super sweet and affectionate. Crate trained. Also 2 tanks with turtles & fish.

Fish tanks gets fed once a day.
The dog gets fed morning(anytime) and evening (around 4/5pm), he won't like to be left home alone for more than 5 hours so we'd ideally like someone who plans on being mostly around the house. He’d enjoy walks around the neighbourhood and runs out the back if its not wet. He's happy to sleep and chill on wet days. He’s very affectionate and an inside dog so you’ll get loads of cuddles on the couch.

No smokers only please.

There is plenty of space for a caravan.
