The house is on acreage backing onto a fresh water creek, surrounded by bush and trees with resort feel, including a pool & spa.

Quiet neighbourhood with open plan modern house. Low maintenance. Ideal for a weekend away.

Wifi and telstra phone reception.

Tallebudgera valley, only 10 minutes to the shop & the beach whilst still being rural.

Animals-
1 well-behaved, very sweet dog, Thor (5yrs old). Inside dog. He's very obedient, hardly ever barks, super sweet and affectionate. Crate trained.

Also 2 tanks with turtles & fish.

Fish tanks gets fed once a day.

Thor gets fed morning(anytime) and evening (around 4/5pm), he is very social with no separation anxiety but he won't like to be left home alone for more than 5 hours as he gets locked inside, so we'd ideally like someone who plans on being mostly around the house.

He’d enjoy walks around the neighbourhood and runs out the back if its not wet. He's happy to sleep and chill on wet days and although he loves walks and beach days he isn't as active or hyper as most Vizslas .

He’s very affectionate and an inside dog so you can expect loads of cuddles on the couch. He just loves people and will want to be wherever you are.

There is plenty of space for a caravan.
The property is mostly unfenced and although Thor loves other dogs he is very much an only child while in his house so we cant accept anyone with pets sorry. Read more...
