About this house sitting position in Tamborine Mountain

We have a beautiful home in Tamborine Mountain with lovely gardens and a leafy outlook. Our place is the ideal spot for a mountain getaway. It’s fully renovated with every comfort you could want, including fireplace! There are endless cafe and restaurant options nearby, and only 30 minutes to the beach. We are spoiled with amazing birdlife here too.

We have 2 rescue dogs who are our world - Foxy the greyhound who is 8, and Rex the cocker mix who is almost 12. They are both hilarious and very affectionate, and make for excellent company! They love their daily walks and routine, and Rex will play ball with you all day if you let him! Foxy is an absolute angel and so easy. She's a classic greyhound in that she's 100% a lazy couch potato. Rex has a very big and very loving personality. He walks well on his lead when there's no other dogs around (easy to do where we live!). He's also on a bit of medication in his old age but when it's hidden in his food he'd never know it's there!

We are going to the US for a couple of weeks in July, but we're hoping to find someone also available to do a trial sit for May 3-6. We're looking for a couple for this sit, who will be home more often than not, as the dogs are used to me working from home :) Read more...
