About this house sitting position in TAMBORINE

We have a relatively new built house with 4 bedrooms and a large pool. We sit on a Hectare and the yard and pool will require minimal care and watering of some gardens depending on rain. The house is clean and well maintained. Being late autumn and early winter the yard shouldn’t need to much work.
The house has ducted heating and cooling. Unlimited Wi-Fi and internet is available and a dishwasher.
The biggest thing for us is the caring of the animals. We have 3 dogs and they are walked on the property twice a day. Cats that are inside cats and stay in the house. The cats will take a while to get use to new people. One cat will need daily medication to be given to her. The dogs just want a person to be near.
The animals can be left on their own during the day without an issue. After their dinner, they are happy to relax and sleep inside if you wish to visit local pubs or restaurants for dinner.
The back of the property backs onto a large lake which be used for paddling/canoe, fishing and just relaxing beside. We are close to state forests, waterfalls, hiking trails and historical towns to visit during the day.
The property and animals will suit a couple. As the cats are very anxious the sit won’t work with children. Our dogs are protective of their territory and won’t play well with other dogs. Read more...
