Only 7 mins from the CBD. Only a 5 minute walk to a local pub (that does one of the best meals in town), supermarket, bottle shop, butcher and cafe.
All that is required is the care of 5 adult cats - 3 of which are full inside cats. This would include feeding morning and night, (all of them are inside at night), and upkeep of an Ezi Lockodour kitty litter system.
