About this house sitting position in Tannum Sands

The house is a very livable 1980s timber house. We have spent some time and money upgrading the gardens and various other parts. You will likely be very comfortable. There is a separate "granny flat" downstairs with its own bathroom and kitchenette. The main living area and master bedroom have air conditioners. Every room have fans.
Our house is 800m from the beach, you can walk it in under 10 minutes or drive in about 2. We get some nice breezes and in the evening when it's quiet you can hear the surf. It is around the corner from Coles and a Chemist and a few coffee shops. Tannum Sands is 25 minutes from Gladstone.
We have 2 pets. A 2 year old (will be 3 when December comes) Border Collie named Barney. He is very friendly and reasonably well trained. He is VERY energetic so sitters would need to be up for daily walks with some of those walks involving ball or stick throwing. The other pet is a 12 year old Ragdoll named Misha. He is generally a quiet and good natured cat, not much trouble.
