About this house sitting position in Taree / Wingham area

Hello to everyone,
We have a small acreage near Wingham & Taree. We are about 35 mins from the coast, Old Bar ...and.about 50 mins from Forster, a thriving seaside area. Our place is all gently sloping to flat land.......About 1 to 2 acres is an easy care established garden. ..... NO mowing necessary as it is the dormant season. Only minimal watering at the house......There is an irrigation tap that we ask you to please turn on for 15 to 20 mins and then off again. It is along the side of the house. Please do this fortnightly .There are NO flowers....only trees and shrubs. to enjoy.
We have some goldfish in a small pond to feed twice a week and we put a little bird seed out for the local birds every Sunday..We simply want someone on the property to collect the mail and keep the front gate locked. Just normal house cleaning of the cottage..
There is reverse cycle air conditioning, flat screened TV, gas cooker, washing machine etc. There is plenty of room for parking including under cover for 2 cars. There is room to park a caravan or camper.
It would be reassuring for us to have someone on the property while we are away. We have no pets to look after. When our pets passed we decided that our beautiful birds and nature would be our pets. This is why we have requested no pets with the sit...to protect the flora and fauna and the beautiful relaxing nature and lovely views up the valley.
We are on a tar sealed road 10 kls from Wingham where there is a Coles.and some lovely eateries and small shops Pub Bistro etc....Taree is only 18 mins and has everything shopping wise you would need. clubs movies etc. We look forward to hearing from you..
