About this house sitting position in tawonga south

Our house is simple but comfortable and in a great location! Views of Mt Bogong, close to Mt Beauty, Falls Creek and Bright, walking tracks, Big Hill and Mystic MTB parks, an adventure playground!
The house is a 2 bedroom, split system, wood fire, infrared sauna (should be ready by these dates), electric cooking, nice yard and all the usual things you'd expect.
The dogs.....3 of them!
Molly, 13 y/0, Golden Lab, the cute girl, loves just doing her own thing unless there's food around
Rusty, 8 y/o, Black lab, the guard dog! Rusty is generally good with people, but does tend to let new people know it's his place! Once comfortable, he's the biggest sook.
Buddy, 8 y/o, Brittney Spaniel cross, the sook of the 3. Snuggle bum...
All 3 are fit and healthy, like decent walks (we walk them between 1 and 2.5 hrs a day normally) and happy as couch potatoes in between. Molly gets quite a few supplements for her health but otherwise they're pretty easy to deal with. We walk them off lead, but due to snakes, other dogs and the odd dingo sighting, we prefer them to be walked on lead (all walk well on lead).
If you are a clean freak, don't apply. 3 dogs equals hair, no matter the amount of vacuuming you do.
We'd prefer a mature couple as it's easier walking 3 dogs on lead than if you're single, but if you are happy to wrangle 3 dogs solo, let us know!
