About this house sitting position in Tea Gardens

The house currently consists of 3 bedrooms, plus study. There is an ensuite included in the master bedroom and a walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom is associated with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
The main living area is open planned, consisting of the kitchen, dining room and family living area. There is ducted air conditioning throughout the house and fans in all rooms. There is a gas fire in the living area, but it is rarely used, as the aircon only requires 30 minutes to heat the living room area. TV's are in the family room, study and in the 3rd bedroom. The internet is available throughout the house and streaming services include Kayo Sports, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The outdoor patio area is fully under cover and has blinds that can be lowered to keep out wind and rain. This area consists of an outdoor kitchen, a table for seating 8 people and 2 cane lounge chairs which look down the lake in Myall Quays. There is a 2 car garage which would normally be occupied unless we are travelling within Australia.
Within the grounds of the property we have a fully automated sprinkler system, which if required can be adjusted or used manually. Read more...
