WELCOME TO OAKBARN
My dwelling is a rather unique, shed home, fundamentally it is a loft dwelling. Just one ensuited well appointed bedroom, with TV, large 2 head shower. Modern kitchen/ living, air conditioner and wood heater. Electric cook top, microwave, small oven and dishwasher. Large smart TV. TV in bedroom. Netflix, Stan, and Paramount available. Just off the main street in Tenterfield so walk to town Property is on a secluded private laneway, very quiet, views over town. There is a tearoom and coffeeshop adjacent and a Motel with a restaurant and bar 50 metres away.There is an optional second bedroom space but not currently furnished. The home is completely off grid and has its own water supply.
I am sure you will feel very comfortable and private in my home, my requirements of you are predominately to care for my 2 dogs, Alice, 11 year old Kelpie cross and Willow a 4 year old pure Kelpie, both are well trained and easy going. A daily walk would be required or ball chasing, particularly for Willow as she is from working stock. I have a comprehensive production garden along with hens and bees, but automatic feeding and watering systems are set for them. If you wanted fresh eggs they are available! There may or may not be produce in the garden as we are currently in a very dry spell. Read more...
