About this house sitting position in Tewantin

Hello
My dog Tullie is looking for someone to care for her that is a genuine dog lover who wants to spend time with her more than without. She likes to be walked twice a day preferably.
She is short haired but sheds daily!
She is an 8 year old dog who needs to be kept on the lead as can be reactive to other dogs.
We live in a tiny self contained studio (approx 25msq) that we rent from our next door neighbours. It’s fully private and fenced off with a very small garden so you will have to have communicate with them for borrowing the lawn mower and strimmer.
She is a gentle and not a very active dog. ie when she's at home she likes to sunbathe or lie on the sofa with you and snuggle.
She likes to eat twice a day.
I’m preferably looking for a single person who doesn’t smoke or party (my neighbours whom I rent from have these rules).
