About this house sitting position in Thornbury

Our house is available over the Easter to ANZAC long weekend period.

The house will have everything you should need - 2 queen beds, office, kitchen with separate dining area, dishwasher, wifi, tv with lots of streaming apps set up, split system in the living room, external laundry with washing machine, big backyard with a barbecue and hills hoist.

We’re a short drive, Uber or bus ride from Fairfield shops and all of the restaurants, bars and cinema on High St Thornbury. Darebin Creek trail is a five minute walk if you’re interested in quiet walking or riding trails.

Peter our cat will need to be looked after for the duration of the stay. He’s very sweet and low maintenance. He’s entirely an indoor cat so care will need to be taken to ensure he doesn’t slip out through and open door. As long as he is fed, watered and loved he will be happy.

One thing to note, our house is on a busy road with traffic noise during the day. We’ve lived here over a year and barely register the traffic sounds anymore but we do want to be upfront in case it’s a dealbreaker for anyone.
