My little cabin is an older lady but is very cosy and lost in the middle of the green pastures right beside the dam.
A little board walk lead to a secluded spot near the dam and the running creek.
I wouldn't go for a swim though unless you don't mind sharing the waters with quite a few ducks!
I live on the property with my landlords who reside a resonable distance away. They are a beautiful older couple who are busy taking care of the farm.
I have ample of privacy here, the landlord drives by the house only in the morning to go up the hill to feed the cows. The farm includes a few residents such as 16 goats, ducks, Soy the pig, many chooks, the 3 cows and a couple of dogs and since recently my little kitty cat.
The animals generally stay on their side of the property but the ducks come sleep by the dam every night.
My little man, Beny is the one that will need your attention. He is a rescue cat and is quite afraid of everything but comes out of his shell when he feels safe. He loves going on walks with me twice a day and/or just hand around the house when I am home. He loves company. He would prefer going outside if you do too and interact and play with him. He is leash trained but I have been using a gps collar for a while as he has access outside during the day. I keep him indoors at night for his own safety and loves sharing the bed with you.
There is an enclosed deck that is part of the house that is meshed out. There is an extra bed there to relax during the day or feel like sleeping in the breeze.
Beny is fed twice a day and I need someone to keep him company, taking him outside to do his business and be a cat and play for a bit. He is used to be alone during the day but will enjoy sleeping nearby if you decide to enjoy the space.
The place is rustic, and there are some wildlife around so this is not for a luxury stay but more for a serene get away in nature.
It is only 15min from Noosa and only 5 min from Eumundi.
I need someone relatively calm and quiet that will enjoy giving love and attention to my little man. Ideally a single person only and he does not like men a lot. Someone who will enjoy the quiet nature and the simplicity of rustic living. Non smokers please.
House in on tank water so you will have to be water conscious :)
I have also installed a couple of fairy lights around the house which brings a magical aspect to the place at night time!
If you are confident with ticks and tick removal this is a bonus. There can be a few out there and for some reason it always happens when I am not there lol. As a vet nurse I have a protocol in place thay is easy to follow and I can teach you. ?
