We live in a semi rural bush area within an easy drive to the nearby bays, estuaries and beaches of Jervis Bay. There are excellent coffee shops and restaurants and shopping opportunities in nearby Huskisson. There are excellent walks and bird watching in nearby and national parks and bush areas and opportunities for swimming, surfing, kayaking , stand-up paddle boarding and much more in the nearby bay and ocean areas. We have one dog our very friendly five year old staffy cross who loves to play with other dogs he knows and is very friendly to visitors and children. He enjoys his main walk in the morning before his breakfast and another short 'sniff'walk in the later afternoon. He always walks on a lead outside his house yard as there are kangaroos and wallabies about. We have three female horses, a shetland pony and a retired older thoroughbred and a riding thoroughbred. They are all well mannered and used to their routines and are very easy to handle. They enjoy a carrot snack and interacting. They are fed morning and evening. There is a large yard around the house for our dog and places to walk on the block and in nearby bushland, and along the very quiet road. Our house is comfortable and functional with an ensuite bedroom set aside for visitors, large kitchen and dining area and wide verandahs with chairs and tables to enjoy outside living. Read more...
