About this house sitting position in Toronto

One level house (with a few steps to get outside). Have spare bedroom with Queen size bed and wardrobe space.

I have a 18 year old cat and a dog that will be 10 years old in May, so 2 old ladies.
Medium sized dog (Ellie) - needs a short walk in the morning - and if possible, another in the afternoon.
They are both fed twice a day, and Ellie is mainly an inside dog - and the cat (Kaylah) too. They are both very easy to look after. No medication for either.
I am approx 3 min drive from Toronto, which have great cafes, restaurants, post office, Commonwealth Bank, News agency, clothes shops/shoe shop etc, There is also Woolworth, Coles, Aldi and BWS.
Warners Bay is about 15-20 min drive away - with lots of cafes/restaurants and shops.

I prefer single/couple who is 50+ years. Prefer
non-smoker/s.
Washing machine available to use.
Dates are not flexible.

Depending on the weather, maybe a bit of outside watering of plants. Take bins out/in once a week.
