About this house sitting position in Torquay

I have a 3 bedroom home, 2 rooms have queen beds in them and 1 has bunks with double bottom bed then in another area my son made as his room there is another queen bed, I have 1 dog, 1 cat, 8 birds and 3 tanks of fish, cold water gold fish, mixed tropical fish in heated water and my marine tank with heater housing my nemo fish and 2 other fish, all my animals are my babies so must know how to look after all them if interested in house sitting for me, I live close by the beach at Torquay so easy walk there or quick drive, they have markets on down there every Saturday so nice and close and lots more to do in the area. I'm looking at going away for 3 weeks to spend some time in nsw with my mum over Christmas while my children are away at there dads house for 3 weeks but still unsure if I want to go that long as never let anyone look after my animals before other dates I'm looking at is leaving 24th Dec and coming home the 3rd January 2025
